1. Definitions
“Booking” means the process by which you reserve CalibreTour services via the CalibreTour Platform. “Carrier” means any airline or non-air carrier whose services are offered via our platform. “CalibreTour.com Credit” means any promo credit issued by CalibreTour, etc.
2. Conclusion of the Agreement
- The contract is concluded once you receive the booking confirmation screen and confirmation email.
- We may require additional verification to prevent fraud or abuse before ticket issuance.
3. Price Book
Prices are dynamic and can change until payment is completed. Fees may include service, processing, and carrier-imposed surcharges.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Eligibility depends on carrier fare rules and any CalibreTour service options you purchased (e.g., Cancellation Protection). Some fares are non-refundable.
5. Liability & Warranties
CalibreTour is not a carrier. We facilitate bookings between you and carriers or third-party service providers. Liability follows applicable law and provider terms.
6. Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Venue and jurisdiction as specified in our legal notice. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
